Clinical experience grounded in frontline care

With a comprehensive background as a qualified counsellor, I  spent six years serving as Clinical Manager of a bicultural drug treatment program within a Corrections facility. During this time, I led and supervised a dedicated team of Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) practitioners.

My clinical practice is anchored in trauma-informed care, comprehensive AOD assessments, risk management, ongoing practitioner training, and relationship management. Having worked directly within complex environments, I understand the pressures you could face every day.

A supportive space for frontline practitioners

I primarily partner with addictions practitioners, counsellors, and healthcare professionals navigating high-risk client casework. Working in these vital roles often brings emotional weight, intense accountability, and the risk of compassion fatigue.

Supervision offers you a reflective, confidential space to unpack complex cases, build resilient practice habits, maintain personal wellbeing, protecting against burnout.

Strengths-based supervision grounded in core values

I am genuinely passionate about people. My supervisory approach is strengths-based, holding every supervisee in unconditional positive regard. I strive to provide a safe, restorative environment where you can reflect honestly, learn, and develop with confidence.

Every session is guided by fundamental values of: honesty, compassion, empathy, respect, accountability and confidentiality. Together, we ensure your professional practice remains sustainable, ethical, and deeply fulfilling.
